The only way you can achieve the results you want, is to consistently do the right things for a sustained period of time. A sustained period of time is not 2 days or 2 weeks or even a month on and off, it is 2-3 months of working hard to a set goal! In 3 months you can literally change your life and how you view food and exercise forever. To achieve this you need to understand the basic mechanics of weight loss.

We all know that a lifestyle change can be hard and when things get hard most people look for the easy way out, however I can promise you that nothing good comes from the taking the easy way out. If you choose the easy way out you will never free yourself of the dieting merry-go-round.
